The Beginning

Our story begins around November and December of 2020 (that was the earliest Minecraft related footage i could find while writing this), Juanito Welvaart was bored and had nothing to do and was endlessly scrolling on YouTube watching Minecraft, mostly watching Dream smp clips (Listen, Dream was at the top of his career back then). Until he had the great idea of getting Minecraft so he could make his own empire, the only thing stopping him from reaching his goal was a lack of money, until Shurangel [REDACTED] (his cousin) came to visit him and his mother and heard about his desire for Minecraft. His cousin shares a long history with Minecraft, he played it during the mid 2010's until the late 2010's, after that period he stopped playing Minecraft and slowly forgot about his pvp career. He told Juanito about his old Minecraft account and offered to pass it to him (Juanito), with Juanito accepting the offer the account was passed to him and so began his exploration of the new world he called Minecraft...

The Early Exploration

With Juanito's recent given access to the world of Minecraft he began exploring the new world with no hesitation, leaving his old world behind in the process. He explored the new world from all different sides like single-player survival mode, single-player creative mode, online servers like Hypixel (NOT SMP) and a realm his other cousin (Salomo [REDACTED]) paid for. Until tension began to rise with his 2 cousins Salomo [REDACTED] and Primo [REDACTED], in anger Juanito burned down the house and went on to destroy anything that he could reach until his 2 cousins defeated him by banning him from the realm (he was later forgiven and unbanned). After his humiliating defeat he deleted his first ever Minecraft survival world out of anger with a little from Minecraft break after. After his cooldown he returned to Minecraft with a fresh look on his face, ready to continue his exploration and finish his goal of defeating the Ender Dragon, at this point he has forgotten about his goal to form a powerful empire in Minecraft and continued enjoying the new survival world he started...

The Early L'Cityianic Settlement

Now with a new beginning, Juanito spawned into his new survival and beginning in one of the worst biomes. With limited access to wood, Juanito still managed to build a small house to protect himself from the hostile mobs at night while another major problem came to rise, food. while Juanito made his house more liveable, he started running out food knowing he cannot survive in the Badlands for too long. He decided to take his most important items and take the boat to migrate to better lands. His migration lasted 10 minutes until he arrived at coast of a village, as he rushed into the house of a villager he slept on the bed of the villager to secure his stay in the village. And so he began to progress further and further until he finally fought and defeated the Ender Dragon

The Creation of L'Cityia

After the defeat of the Ender Dragon, Juanito continued developing his territory until he got the items to make a banner that reminded him of his first goal when in set foot on the new world he now knows as Minecraft. When he designed the banner of his new nation, he had a lack of creativity so he just put some random colours on it and called it a flag. Now with his new flag placed on the coast he first arrived on, he had to give his nation a name. He tried to add some letters to already existing words like 'Ultrinatia', 'Juanitria', 'x'cityo' and 'cityja' until he finally decided to name his new nation l'cityia. He placed a sign of the coast that marked the day of it's creation, 'Welcome to l'cityia 9 oct 2020'.

The First War

They quickly explored the mineshaft finding lots of good recourses like diamonds, coal, iron and gold, building a base while they found those recourses. This great era came quickly to an end on January 27th 2021, The start of the First War. There is not much information about the war, but there was apparently a conflict between Sorry and Rodrigo that resulted in Sorry and Soonmin both being killed. The location and resources of The Great Mineshaft were lost and seized by Rodrigo after the war.

The Rebirth Of L'Cityia

The Migration To l'womansburg

Sorry befriend a few players and was invited to their discord server, starting a conversation with them in the VC. Sorry invited them to l'cityia and giving them a 'housetour'. The players thought Sorry and his wacky creations were hilariously stupid. They offered him a 'job' in their nation l'womanburg, they wanted him to make his wacky creations in their nation. Sorry accepted the offer and moved to l'womansburg, building a 'girlfriend shop' (omfg i was so damn cringe) not too long after his arrival. The shop was blown up by okeclapped a few days later (reasons are still unknown), starting a conflict with SorryMeFirst. The conflict started to escalate and Sorry burnt down l'womansburg in anger and fled the nation for his safety, finding his way back to l'cityia via a nether portal he built before he left.

The Failed Counteroffensive

L'Cityia's Last stand

Whenever l'cityia was invaded, Sorry could not defend him self from the enemy forces and was always quickly defeated in battle, forcing him to helplessly watch l'cityia be bombed and plundered over and over and over again. During the triple invasion of okeclapped, _S0L1D_ and S1mpCh1ckn, Sorry was trapped in an obsidian box by his enemies, leaving him unable to make an attempt at fighting back against the bombings while his enemies made fun of him as they endlessly killed him inside the box. This infuriated Sorry as he was once again hopeless and humiliated, until he realised that the Mutant SMP had a /wild command that let him teleport at a random place on the map, this gave him an idea. He waited until his enemies had their fun killing Sorry and left l'cityia so he could use the /wild command to get the resources for a stone pickaxe from the outside world, then teleport back to l'cityia to use is pickaxe to break the obsidian block and escape to l'cityia hidden hallway right next to its entrence. This left his enemies in shock as they didn't expect their weak enemy to escape their obsidian box after they destroyed all his resources. He waited until his enemies retreated from l'cityia and began rebuilding l'cityia once again. This final spark of restistance truly showed Sorry's dedication and determination to win this brutal and humiliating war against okeclapped and his friends. After this invasion l'cityia would face one last attacks from okeclapped before the end of the L'Cityianic Wars.

The Fall of The Mutant SMP

The L'Cityianic Wars would come to an end when Sorry's biggest enemy okeclapped announced he and his brother _ S0L1D_ would leave the server, this announcement was one the biggest celebration day for l'cityia since Sorry burnt down l'womansburg. Sorry reacted with prideful joy and mocked oke for it, l'cityia emerged victorious from the war and could finally recover after almost 7 months of brutal war. This celebration would last a couple days before one day he could no longer enter the server. Sorry thought he was banned so he told K[REDACTED] the bad news, K[REDACTED] told Sorry the server got sold due to RandomDNA not being able to afford the costs of the server and asked him if the new owner banned him too? Sorry told her he also got kicked out of the discord server, K[REDACTED] told him the discord server was deleted. Sorry asked if K[REDACTED] was also banned, with her replying by saying the server was turned into a java only server. With nobody being able to join the server and the seed of the world changed meant that l'cityia was wiped from history forever, marking an end to the nation of l'cityia on July 25th 2021.

Migration to the Zedar SMP

Soon after the fall of the Mutant SMP and l'cityia, Sorry moved together with K[REDACTED] to the Zedar SMP (owned by Zedar) on August 8th 2021. In mourn for the loss of l'cityia and the Mutant SMP, Sorry created lost l'cityia around early August as a succesor of l'cityia that once existed inside of the Mutant SMP. Sorry and K[REDACTED] built a small but comfortable place on the edge of a savana biome, right next to a small desert biome.

The End of SorryMeFirst

During the time Juanito was playing Minecraft he was using an old laptop that couldnt handle the new updates of minecraft. This was the second time he encountered this problem, in the first encounter he searched YouTube tutorials for weeks to solve the problem,. However, he wasn't so lucky the second time. Sorry and K[REDACTED] tried to solve the problem by moving to the Cradia SMP but he had trouble trying to get whitelisted through their discord server, with no other option he was forced to quit Minecraft. What happened to Lost l'cityia after he quit is unknown, what we do know is that it seized to exist after the owner Zedar reset the server and changed the seed of the world.

The Disappearance of K[REDACTED]

Soon after Sorry was left behind in the 1.16 version of Minecraft and K[REDACTED] moved on, she stopped replying to his messages (16/08/2022) and after a few months blocked him (29/03/2023) leaving no traces behind. Juanito was shoked by this and sent one final message to her in a Discord server they were both in. He made multiple attempts on trying to contact her throughtout the years, all attempts have failed (the final attempt on January 4th 2025). Her disappearance was the start of 'The Era of Loud Silence' (around the 25th of October 2022).

The Era of Loud Silence

The Era of Loud Silence  was a personal era of Juanito right after the disappearance of K[REDACTED], a person who played a crucial role in the aiding and stabilizing of L'Cityia for nearly a year and a half. During this time there was no L'Cityian successor state, he tried to move on and forget about L'Cityia and K[REDACTED], even attempting to destroy all 2 years of history surrounding L'Cityia.

Most of that data has not been recovered. The following 2 weeks he looked back at his countless amount of losses during the L'Cityianic wars, how kept trying again and again after each death, only for the cycle to repeat once more. How his enemies got away with bombing L'Cityia, humiliating him, insulting him and destroying everything he worked for. He hated the fact that he could never see day he got his revenge on him, the day of his downfall.

His conflicts at school also had an heavy impact on him, how he and his friends were constantly targeted and how the school barely did anything when they came to them for help. And when they took matters into their own hands because school didn’t even take the effort to listen to them, they were punished way harsher than the kids who provoked them in the first place. Sometimes they didn’t even punish those bullies at all. The school often treated the victims of the bullies who fought back like the main aggressors. On- or offline they were getting targeted from all sides. Eventually Juanito got sick of it and wanted nothing more but to see the downfall of the school and the long awaited justice to finally arrive to those who hurt him and his friends.

The Justification and Planning

He wanted to weaken the grip and power the school had over the kids by dividing the school cafeteria in multiple micronations, that he wanted to be ruled by the students who could then decide their own rules and policies. To secure the sovereignty of those nations he would build an military alliance with all the nations to defend themselves against the school trying to retake their lands or government interventions. All he needed was a good justification to provoke an uprising against the school. He first needed a new nation and leader for the upcoming revolution that would L'Cityia would later gain independence from. The reason why he didn't want to bring back L'Cityia immediately because he feared that if the revolution would fail, L'Cityia would have to take on the full blame for that humiliating defeat. Ray de W. was the leader he planned to pick for the new nation of "Gaynia". And after 2 weeks of silence, the Era of Loud Silence had come to an end.

The Gaynian Revolution

After the Era of Loud Silence the plan was immediately executed. During a break at school, Juanito asked each of his friends: "if you had your own country, what would it be called and what would the flag be?". Christian C. answered "Uvelia" and drew a flag similar to L'Cityia's, Leanne N. answered "Inazuma" (a place in the hit-game "Genshin Impact") and Ray W. said he didn't know.and in response Juanito proposed "Gaynia" as a revolutionary state to stand up against the unfairness of the school. The goal was to create an independent Gaynian state by a large scale revolt against the school where they can decide their own laws, policies and punishments. Marking the start of the Gaynian Revolution.

Recruitment

The Gaynian revolutionaries immediately started looking for volunteers who wanted to participate in the planned revolt. Propaganda and recruitment posters were made but were never put on walls or poles due to the Gaynian Revolutionaries being too scared to hang them by themselves. They got recruitments by spreading their ideas through one on one conversations. Recruitments were small. but they were happy with any help they could get.

Militarization

Juanito W. was charge of arming the revolutionaries for the planned revolt. Militarization was a difficult task for the Gaynian revolutionaries. Although  they had massive hatred towards the GLR VMBO and aimed to weaken the school's influence, they didn't want to kill anybody. Juanito only made weapons that can heavily injure you but can't kill you. Their weapon equipment mostly consisted of weak cardboard guns and broken iphone charge wires to use as whips.

Revolutionary Gaynia (2022-2023)

The Business Reform

On March 28th 2025 the president of the Axra Union (Juanito W.) and king of Ithica (Christian C.) discussed the move for the Axra Union going forward. They came to an agreement to present the Axra Union more as a business to stay on good terms with the Dutch government while keeping it's micronational identity so it's title as L'Cityia's honorary successor won't be taken away. For the 4 Axranic nations, they will each have their own task and function in the union, similar to how the Axra Union functioned in it's early stages.
